By entering into the Competition you agree to the following terms of entry, including any and all Schedules to the terms of entry.

Maximum number of entries |
One (1) entry per person during the Competition Period. |
Judging details |
This Competition is a game of skill. Competition entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Pacific Climate Warriors, 350.org. The judges will decide winners based on appropriateness to theme, compliance with terms, originality, creativity and boldness after the Competition Period. |
Winners |
Four (4) winners will be chosen from entrants. Two (2) winners representing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities, and two (2) winners representing South Pacific Islander, Pacific Islander and/or Maori communities. |
Prize details |
There is no monetary prize. The winning designs will be printed on banners which will appear at and lead the student strike for the Global Climate Strike on 20 September 2019. |
Notification of winners |
Winners will be notified by 5.00pm 16 September 2019 via the telephone number supplied to the Promoter when entering the Competition. |
Publication details and claiming of prizes |
In accepting the prize, each winner consents to:

Terms of entry
b) the content submitted is their own, or they have consent to the use the content for the Competition;
c) they will not submit material that is unlawful or fraudulent, that is in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene or derogatory;
d) they have complied with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and access to or use of others’ computers or communication systems;
e) they have the full rights to grant to the Promoter the rights referred to in these Terms and Conditions; and
f) they will indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
