Refund policy Australia is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that aims to rapidly end fossil fuels by building a global climate movement.

If you wish to make an amendment to a recurring donation, or if you believe we have made an error with a past donation, we are here to help.

Refunds will be offered under the following circumstances:

1. Any donation made using a credit card or bank account fraudulently will be refunded.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

2. Any donation acquired after a request to cancel has been made.

If your payment was made through the Australia website, it is possible to access your account directly through the account update page and cancel your donation.

In general, please expect a 7 day turnaround to cancel or alter your debt agreement. Any payments received after the cancellation request has been received will be refunded.

Please note that we may request additional information or documentation from you such as a previously used email address or proof of ID in considering a refund claim.
